Most of the trees we have available are published in the
Rock Family Tree Books.

The first Rock Family Tree book produced by Pete was published in 1979 and
is 30 pages long. It is long out of print and something of a collector’s item.

These were then bound up together as Complete Rock Family Trees, published in 1993. But then, in 1998, along came More Rock Family Trees, and so Complete Rock Family Trees was renamed Rock Family Trees: the same name, but an expanded version of the book published in 1979. To make up the complete collection, start with Rock Family Trees, and then More Rock Family Trees, and after that the Beatles and Some Other Guys, published in 1997. There is also a Manchester United Family Tree Book, but that is another story. And there are books that don’t contain. trees, such as The Restless Generation.

The Rock Family Trees have been described as a National Treasure. We agree. Pete Frame, it has been said, is “the only true pop lunatic to have kept his sanity and his sense of humour” (Rolling Stone). We couldn’t possibly comment.
